- Train and guide staff on best practices for data management and integrity, fostering Data Integrity culture.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of data integrity safeguards and improvements (KPI).

- Assess Data Integrity related events.
- Perform internal audits with focus on data management and integrity.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Pharmacy, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a data integrity role within the pharmaceutical or related regulated industry.
- Deep understanding of GxP practices and regulatory requirements related to data integrity.
- Proven leadership skills and experience interacting with cross functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are fluent in English. German and any additional language will be an appreciated asset.
Every day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people. For us, this is not only a great privilege, but also a great responsibility. How we achieve our business results is just as important as the achievements themselves. At Lonza, we respect and protect our people and our environment. Any success we achieve is no success at all if not achieved ethically.
People come to Lonza for the challenge and creativity of solving complex problems and developing new ideas in life sciences. In return, we offer the satisfaction that comes with improving lives all around the world. The satisfaction that comes with making a meaningful difference.
