HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear, Accessories and Licenses.

We are seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented professional to join our Knitwear Product Division as an Operations Procurement, who will take care of the following tasks:

What you can expect:

  • Monitor production, from order placement to delivery, focusing on logistics and invoicing to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods to our warehouses;
  • Engage in daily interaction with global suppliers in terms of management, negotiation, and networking;
  • Prepare analysis, reporting and forecasts for performance tracking and decision evaluation;
  • Maintain and optimize data systems to enable a seamless process flow throughout the supply chain;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for continuous learning and process improvement.
Your profile:

  • Have at least a basic experience in procurement or related roles;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office tools, particularly Excel. Experience with SAP is a plus;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities;
  • Ability to work well in a team and foster a collaborative environment.
