Executive Assistant to the Market Head of Southern Europe and Latin America
YOUR MISSION:
  • General gate-keeping, acting as first point of contact, screening and answering incoming calls and emails, proving full administration support;
  • Extensive and proactive diary management including arranging meetings and preparing related documentation;
  • Organise travel arrangements including itineraries, flights, accommodations, airport transfers, etc.;
  • Prepare monthly business expenses;
  • Ensure communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Follow-up projects and daily business.
DESIRED PROFILE:
  • Personal assistant experience working for senior management, preferably within banking and financial services;
  • High standard of spoken and written French and English;
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills;
  • Capability to work with demanding internal and external stakeholders;
  • Strong team player skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
  • Ability to multi-task and to prioritise to meet tight deadlines;
  • Proactive communication, structured thinking and quick understanding of information;
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle issues of sensitive nature with tact and discretion;
  • Flexibility and attention to detail;
  • Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland.
